South African born, with Australian and British heritage, Victoria was raised in
Kwa Zulu Natal. She currently lives in the Northern Rivers of NSW Australia,
after living and traveling, Africa, Europe, Australia and Asia.
Her engagement with African culture during her childhood influences her arts
inquiry with a focus on the human condition. Her concern with culture and
migratory patterns are investigated and explored though paper clays, 
textiles and found objects. 
 
Victoria is a figurative ceramist with an Advanced Diploma in Visual Arts NSW,
a Degree in Visual Art from Curtin University WA and Honours from
Southern Cross University NSW. 
Since 2009 Victoria has been exhibiting in Australia, with her first solo exhibition
held at the Lismore Regional Gallery NSW in 2018.
Her work has been presented in festivals, awards, and competitions, wining First Prize
in Sculpture and Photography in the Serpentine Art Prize, Serpentine Community Gallery
Lismore NSW in 2015. 
 
Victoria is a member of the Australian Ceramics Association. She has participated in the
annual Open Studios events with collections in Cape Town, New York and NSW Australia.

Victoria is passionate about education and community involvement, teaching ceramics to primary and secondary school children, tutoring adults with disabilities, teaching adults in correctional centres and adults at her studio over.
