Shipping Terms & Conditions

Victoria goes above and beyond to ensure that your artworks arrive safely!

Every effort is made to process your order within an acceptable timeframe,

without compromising the artwork!

ORDER

When you order you will be communicating directly with Victoria every step of the way!

Meticulous in ensuring your order is handled with the utmost of care,

please provide the following;

  • state your selection

  • provide your address details

  • nominate your preferred courier (optional)

PAYMENTS

Once you have placed your order, a deposit will be required to continue with the process.

This non-refundable deposit ensures both parties are committed, with integrity.

Once the deposit has cleared, funds will be used to proceed with the process.

Calculations will be carried out for the total amount including:

  • packaging - depends on quantity - internal/external dimensions

  • courier/freight - depends on weight, dimensions, distance

  • insurance - depends on total value

The purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with shipping.

Payment must be made, in full and cleared, prior to shipping.

DELIVERING NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY

All packing and handling is done by Victoria.

Artwork is shipped both nationally/internationally and with equal planning and care.

Your order will be linked with an associated/nominated freight provider.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email notification with tracking details. 

An estimated delivery date will be provided relative to shipping destination. 

DOOR TO DOOR

Artwork is collected/delivered door to door.

Please ensure that you provide a valid residential/business when placing your order.

Your delivery will be during business hours; Monday and Friday.

Please ensure that someone is available to accept/sign for the delivery.

Carriers provide a door-to-door service only - this excludes carrying artwork inside, removing packaging or placing artwork.

DAMAGES

In the very rare case of damage occurring during shipping, please contact your insurance company immediately.

If the artwork is is one of a series, or a part of an extended body of work, you may consider ordering a replacement.

COLLECTING IN PERSON

All artwork, shipped or collected, will be packed ready for transportation.

You are welcome to collect artwork in person, by arrangement.

RETURNS

Unfortunately there is no return policy, so please be sure of your choice at the time of ordering.
